Are most toilets pretty much interchangeable
Thetford Aqua Magic Style II - the plastic pin that makes the flap in toilet open and close broke so it is either open or closed. Hubby is using a screwdriver to manually push the mechanism.
Is there a better pedal operated toilet that we can get....reviews on these are not great. We need one ASAP because we live in it...not even going to do the warranty. Could we pretty much replace with any rv toilet. I DO want a china bowl though as we had plastic on previous rv and didn't like that at all.

I did some homework and jayco makes one, nexus, dynamax our friends have...none our in our budget for new and wouldn't pay it anyway but they do indeed make them. How does house hold up, ah, not sure on that one. Maybe in how you drive...

RE: UK Tourist Looking for Florida advice
Coming from the UK, I would not do summer. ITS HOT...ungodly hot. Narrowing down is smart. The state parks are quite nice...but you would need to find cancellations at this point and you may be able to do that if you keep at it. I would NOT wait until you arrive to try and get those...although people do.
The florida keys are lovely and something you do not have similar in UK...campgrounds are pricey and state park campgrounds are hard to get but cancellations do exist. The temps in florida keys in March are like 85 degrees with swimmable water.
